Classic Italian Dinner

About this program

Join Chef Mark Khoury, CEC for a taste of Italy demonstration and be served a delicious menu. We’ll start with Bruschetta—a toasted crusty Italian bread rubbed with garlic and olive oil, served with fresh seasonal toppings! Next is Pasta Bolognese featuring a slow-simmered meat and vegetable ragu coated over pasta. Followed by Chicken Marsala featuring a tender pan-fried chicken cutlet and earthy mushrooms coated in a rich, savory wine reduction sauce. We’ll finish with a classic Italian Panna Cotta.  This menu is for lovers of Italian cuisine that can be accomplished at home for a romantic dinner or dinner with friends.  Wine will be available for purchase by the glass or bottle.
