Using the guide

Use MasonToday for lawful personal discovery of local information. Do not spam forms, impersonate others, submit knowingly false information, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service. Availability and features may change.

Information you submit

Submit only information you have the right to share. By submitting it, you give MasonToday a nonexclusive permission to store, review, edit, reproduce and display the submitted material as needed to operate the guide and process your request. You retain ownership of your material. Private contact information is handled as described in Privacy. A submission does not guarantee publication.

Original material and outside sites

Site branding and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Third-party event information and linked material belong to their owners. Links are provided for reference, not a promise of safety, accuracy or endorsement. For a copyright concern, identify the work, the page at issue, your relationship to the rights holder and a contact method through the private report form.

Sponsorship

Sponsored placements must be identified as Sponsored or Local Partner. Editorial selection is separate from sponsorship. Current sponsor-interest forms do not activate sponsorship or payments.

Changes and responsibility

The guide aggregates information that can become incomplete or outdated. Verify important details directly with the organizer. MasonToday does not operate third-party events unless expressly stated. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or complete accuracy; limitations cannot exclude rights or liabilities that law does not permit to be excluded. This draft allocation of responsibility requires attorney review before launch.
