Beginner's Cable Hat Class

About this program

Donna will walk you through knitting a hat in the round, using aran/ chunky weight yarn of your choice, and making cables throughout. Using the pattern from Joji Locatelli, 'A Twisted Affair', available for free on Ravelry. Skill Level: Beginner Skill Details: Must know the very basics of knitting (Casting on, binding off, knit and purl stitches). No prior experience making cables or working in the round needed to take this class. Requirements: - Needles: US 8 (5mm), 16" long circulars AND cable needle (or 1 double pointed needle to hold cables). - Yarn: Aran or chunky weight yarn, 163-190 yards depending on size. - Pattern: "A Twisted Affair", by Joji Locatelli.
