Nicole will walk you through knitting this clever shawl, using fingering weight yarn in the cheerful color options we have in our kits (11 colors total). This special class includes the yarn, pattern and class for $150! If you decide to bring your own yarn, the class is $50. The pattern used is called Sunshine on My Shoulders, by Lisa K. Ross, it will be available as part of our kit for the price of this class, otherwise it is available for purchase in-store or Ravelry for $8. Skill Level: Intermediate Skill Details: This is an advanced-beginner friendly class (if you just took the beginner knitting class this is a great option for you!). Must know the basics of knitting to take this class (i.e. casting on, binding off, knit and purl stitches). Requirements: - Needles: US 4 (3.5mm) 24" or 32" circulars. * If not buying the KIT: - Yarn: Fingering weight in: Main Color- min 400yds, AND 10 colors of Contrast Yarn- min. 80yds each. The shawl will take a total of approx. 1,200 yards in different colors. - Pattern: Sunshine on My Shoulders, by Lisa K.
